Exploitation of social media in leisure education

The thesis deals with social networks and their use in their free time. The first chapter deals with the concept of social networks and characterizes specific types of social networks. The second chapter describes terms that occur on social networks including risks. The third chapter defines the specific risk of social networks - cyberbullying and its prevention. The fourth chapter defines the motives of juveniles to spend their leisure time on social networks and this way of spending leisure time as an unorganized leisure activity. The fifth chapter consists of own qualitative research with the method of semi-structured interview.

This thesis deals with a topic that factors influencing the professional development of school principals. Its aim is to determine the quantitative and qualitative research which factors and to what extent the professional development of directors house of children and youth and leisure centers (the DDM and SVČ) in the Pardubice region influence. The core issue is the continuing education of directors DDM and SVČ, whether in their professional development in further education. The thesis also includes a six-year term of office, which can have a significant impact on the professional development of directors of DDM and SVČ. Research suggests that the Director of SVC and DDM most important factor that affects their professional development, continuing education. The research results are used in the field of school management and management education as an extension of knowledge about the work of the directors of DDM and SVČ and their professional development, which is negatively and positively influenced by various factors. Marketing management of the school facilities for interest education

1 Abstract: The final diploma thesis deals with the issue of marketing management of the school facilities for interest education It is based on the existing theoretical findings in the marketing area and marketing strategies. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, features of the marketing management organisations and their benefits. The thesis deals with the specifics of the marketing management in the school facilities for interest education, the individual steps of the marketing management and especially the marketing mix - product, price of the educational programs, place of their provision, propagation and sales promotion. The thesis brings the analysis of the found results of the extensive research provided via questionnaire investigation, interview and text analysis. This analysis represents the status of the marketing management in the leisure centers and the benefit of the analysis is the enumeration of the using marketing tools as a resource of the inspiration for improvement in this area in the conditions of school facilities for interest education.
